Do I need to provide the cleaning products?
No. We supply all the necessary cleaning products and equipment. We use products that are environmentally sound and certified that out performs most common cleaning chemical products.
Do I have to be home during the clean?
No. If you are not going to be home during the house clean, you can contact your cleaner and arrange access to your home. We highly recommend you meet with your cleaner prior to the service to ensure they understand your needs and requirements.
Do you work on weekends?
At the moment, we provide our services Monday-Saturday.
Can I change my cleaner if I am not satisfied?
Of course. Your satisfaction is important to us and if any part of our service did not meet your expectations please contact us. A replacement will be arranged courteously.
Can you give me an estimate over the phone?
To guarantee an accurate estimate, an in-person inspection is necessary.
What services are suitable for me?
From regular weekly, fortnightly, or monthly services to a one-off for special occasions, we have a range of flexible services available to suit your needs. Whatever your requirements, we can tailor-make a service to fit your busy schedule, budget and needs.
Will I have the same cleaner?
Yes. If you book a regular cleaning service, you will be assigned the same team/cleaner for the duration of your service. If your cleaner is absent, we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement. All our cleaners are provided training to ensure that the quality of our service is always consistent.
How do I pay?
Please pay your cleaner on the day by either cash or bank transfer after completion of the service.
Are you covered for Public Liability Insurance?
All cleaners that are working with BlingHome are covered by Public Liability Insurance. This means that you are protected from injury and damage.
Are the cleaners trustworthy?
All our cleaners are fully insured, undergo face-to-face interviews, police checks and reference checks to ensure you receive the best cleaning service.

How trustworthy is my cleaner?
All our cleaners are carefully vetted by us. Our strict recruitment process ensures you have peace of the mind that the person coming into your house is reliable. We carefully assess all our cleaners’ references, work history and police checks
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unexpected things happen. We request that you make any cancellation or changes as soon as you know about them, and at least 24 hours in advance. Your cleaners may not be able to make alterations to their weekly schedule, if we do not provide them with a sufficient notice.
Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?
Yes. We use the best environmentally friendly products. Our basic cleanser is Koh (formerly ekoWorx).
